New Domain, Design, Front-end and Back-end

Published Monday 1st of June 2009

Por fin! A brand new design on a brand new domain running on a brand new back-end!

It took a little longer than I expected but I've finally "finished" AndreasLagerkvist.com.

New Design and Code

I've been working on this new design on and off for a few months now. Whenever I've had some spare time I've brushed stuff up and fixed bugs.

I'm sure there's still a few left so please let me know if you find anything.

AndreasLagerkvist.com is also running on version 3 of aFramework. If you've been following exscale you'll know most of the new features. I intend to write a longer article or perhaps set up a little Wiki (I've got aWiki planned:) for aFramework in the future.

Bye, bye exscale

Exscale's been around for ages and I felt it was time for a renewal. A lot of the stuff on exscale is really dated and some of the code is frankly quite shite.

With AndreasLagerkvist.com I intend to write more thorough articles and I've also introduced a brand new section.

New jQuery section

If you check the navigation you'll notice a section I didn't have on exscale called "jQuery".

I've built quite a few plug-ins now and for AndreasLagerkvist.com I decided it was time to separate articles and plug-ins.

The plug-in page gives you a short documentation, example, example-code, source-code as well as all the needed files up for download.

Hope you enjoy the new design. And come back soon for more to read, I've got a few articles in the works.

Now I need to redirect my RSS-feed. Alas, my searching has yielded null. Any word on an RSS? Beautiful redesign, btw!

@Erik (2) I'm going to try to get it up asap. Have got a few other bugs I need to fix as well. As soon as I've got some time... Thanks for the comments (both) :)

    Edit: RSS-feed is now up
